Madison Strategies Group is proud to highlight the continued impact of its FLEX HiSET program, a community-driven initiative designed to help Tulsa residents earn their High School Equivalency credential and take the next step toward a stable career. Offered completely free of charge, the program provides an accessible and supportive pathway for adults who are ready to finish their education and move forward.
Delivered in partnership with trusted community organizations including Tulsa Dream Center and Northside Neighbors, the FLEX HiSET program is intentionally designed to meet participants where they are. With a flexible structure that accommodates work schedules, family responsibilities, and other life commitments, the program removes many of the traditional barriers that can prevent adults from completing their education.
Participants receive instruction focused on preparing for the HiSET exam while also benefiting from a supportive, community-based environment that prioritizes encouragement and consistency. The program goes beyond academics by offering guidance, accountability, and connection to additional resources, helping individuals stay on track and build confidence throughout their journey.
The FLEX HiSET program is more than an educational opportunity. It is a critical first step toward long-term career success. Graduates leave with a recognized credential that opens the door to employment opportunities, continued education, and enrollment in technical training programs. Many participants go on to pursue career pathways through Madison Strategies Group’s workforce training programs, creating a seamless transition from education to employment.
This initiative reflects Madison Strategies Group’s commitment to expanding access to opportunity and supporting Tulsa residents in achieving meaningful milestones. Through strong partnerships, a flexible model, and a focus on real-life impact, the FLEX HiSET program continues to transform lives and strengthen the community by helping individuals build a foundation for their future.
